Carry out design work in collaboration with client to gain sign off and proceed with preconstruction government approvals and site preparation.

Step 3 -- CONSTRUCTION
Carry out site construction in accordance with the design and quality / time / safety / direction set out in initial project stages.

Step 4 -- POST CONSTRUCTION
Carry out time defects while completing testing & commissioning, final approvals and prepare site for client move in.

Step 5 -- POST OCCUPANCY
Ongoing inspections and client check in to ensure client satisfaction with space and provide ongoing maintenance if required.
